  • Dogs to be kept on leads at all times.
  • All attend at their own risk.  Epworth Equestrian will not be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury or damage that might occur to any person, horses or property.
  • All attending must have their own personal and public liability insurance.

 

ALL BOOKINGS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING 

 

DUPLICATED ORDER

 

Any duplicated order, the following will apply

Refund - Less £5 admin fee due to charges we incur on entry & refund

Credit - to your Epworth account no charge applies

 

HIRE OF FACILITIES 

Cancellation of hire – No Refund will be given, however a move of date or a Credit to your Epworth Equestrian account will be accepted.

All riders must adhere to the following

  1. a) Suitable footwear to be worn with defined heels
  2. b) Riders to familiarise themselves with the course prior to use.
  3. c) Riders under the age of 8 are not permitted to use XC course
  4. d) Parents/guardians of riders aged under 18 are required to sign the declaration prior to riding the course stating that they have read and fully understand the course rules and agree to abide by them; 
  5. e) Riders are requested to report any damaged/broken jumps immediately so these can be made safe the next person

 Stabling & Hook-up

Stabling & hook-up must be cancelled 48hrs prior to the required date to receive a refund or credit.   Refund will be less £5 per transaction. 

 

Entries are taken on a first come first served basis with no ballot but

only limited entries will be taken.

Epworth Equestrian Ltd reserve the right not to accept any entry.

Junior Section  - Rider to be 16years or under on 1/1/ year of competition

Senior Section  - Rider to be over 16years on 1/1/ year of competition

 Junior & Senior Sections may be combined if insufficient entries in each class

All horses must be 4 years and over.

 

ARENA EVENTING

Medical Armbands and Body Protectors are compulsory for Cross country Competition

Hats must be worn at all times when mounted with chin strap fastened. 

Hats & Body Protectors must conform to the current British Quality Standards.

Epworth Equestrian Competitions - Any horse / rider combination wishing to withdraw must do so by 7 days prior otherwise no refund will be given.  Any refund which is given will be less a £12 admin fee per entry

OR Full amount credited to your Epworth Equestrian account if space filled.

As of the 1/10/19 In the case of an Event Cancellation by Epworth Equestrian due to adverse weather or conditions out of our control:-

A refund issued will be less £6 (inc vat) admin fee, otherwise all funds can be transferred to another event OR Full amount credited to your Epworth Equestrian account

British Dressage – Rule 62

Withdrawal - Prior to close of entry on the BD Schedule then 50% refund will be issued or a full credit to your Epworth Equestrian account

Cancellation of Competition a full refund less £2.50 (+VAT) per entry will be issued OR a the full amount added to your Epworth Equestrian account.

British Showjumping

Withdrawal – minimum of 48hrs prior to the start of the first days competition then 50% of entry for class/es withdrawn from will be refunded, or a full credit to your Epworth Equestrian account.   After this time No Refund will be made.

Cancellation of Competition a full refund less £2.50 (+VAT) per entry will be issued OR a the full amount added to your Epworth Equestrian account.

NSEA

Withdrawal – Prior to close of entry on the NSEA Schedule

Any horse / rider combination wishing to withdraw must do so by 7 days prior otherwise no refund will be given.  Any refund which is given will be less a £12 admin fee per entry

OR Full amount credited to your Epworth Equestrian account if space filled.
