S.J. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1)         HATS – Hats must be worn at all times when mounted with chin strap fastened. Hats must be to BSEN1384 / PAS015 Standard. 

2)         BODY PROTECTOR - It is recommended that competitors wear a body protector.   

3)         PONIES & RIDER – Not to exceed 148cm, RIDER 16 years of age & under on 1/1/07

4)         HORSES & RIDER – To exceed 148cm, RIDER 14 years of age & over on 1/1/07. 

5)         ENTRY FEES & PRIZE VOUCHERS – Entry fees £7.00 per class must be paid before class starts. Prize vouchers will be given at minimum of £7, £5, £3  per class. 

6)         DECISIONS – The judges decision is final. 

7)         AGE - All Horses & Ponies must be 4 years and over. 

8)         CLASS CHANGE – The organisers reserve the right to change or cancel any class. 

9)         LOSS / DAMAGE / ACCIDENT / INJURY - All attend at their own risk.  Epworth Equestrian will not be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury or damage that might occur to person, horses or property. 

10)       INSURANCE -All attending must have their own personal and public liability insurance. 

11)       DOGS – Dogs to be kept on leads at all times.
